Parcel Opening Video Requirement: Before opening your parcel, we kindly request that you record a video of the unboxing process from start to finish without any pauses or cuts. Delivery Timeframe: Our standard delivery time is estimated to be between 7 to 15 days. Please allow for this timeframe when placing your order.
Damages / Size Issues / Product Mismatch: Should you encounter any damages, size issues, or mismatches with the product received, please contact us immediately via email at Stylyticofficial@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. Please note that if the product is not eligible for return, Stylytic Fashion will not be responsible.
Exchange Policy: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may lead to product damages. In such cases, we will facilitate exchanges for damaged items only, provided that you provide proof of the unboxing video. Please note that refunds will not be issued for damaged items.

Unavoidable Exchanges: For exchanges due to unavoidable circumstances, such as sizing issues, the customer is responsible for arranging and covering the courier costs to return the item to us. Stylytic Fashion will not bear any courier charges for exchanges.
